Design consultations and slab yard visits are by appointment only
DESIGN & ESTIMATING
We either schedule an appointment to meet at the RockStar showroom or communicate pricing requests through email correspondence. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will produce a detailed quote for your project.
SCHEDULING & FABRICATION
After receiving a signed/approved contract and the necessary deposit, RockStar will coordinate the template scheduling and installation timing.
These factors can affect the time your project will require during fabrication:
• Type of materials selected and timing to acquire materials if applicable
• The scale and scope of the project
• Projects previously scheduled
Once the contract has been signed/approved and the deposit has been received, the project becomes “live”. At this point, materials are ordered as necessary and template/installation scheduling begins.
INSTALLATION & COMPLETION
Once we have aligned our schedule (and that of any sub-contractors) we will plan for installation.
While most installations are completed in a single day, larger and more elaborate projects may require more time or additional visits. The remainder of your balance will be due once the installation is complete.
